SBL was looking for ways to connect with their prospects in an engaging way with the goal of spreading awareness about SBL, generating leads and increasing conversions.

A Deeper Look.

The first challenge was helping SBL discover a way to communicate their message to a scientific audience in a way that humanized their brand and stirred up an emotional connection to their company.

 

Due to the regulatory nature of their industry, the services that they offer are a product of necessity and a good part of their prospective customers can outsource to almost any reputable laboratory.

 

We developed a persona for their ideal customer and discovered their pain points revolved around three things...costs, fast turn-around times, and accurate reporting. Of course those issues would be addressed properly in a well planned video, but more importantly, we felt that SBL needed to stand out from their competitors if they were going to achieve their goals!

We created an engaging testimonial video composed of representation from the various industries in which SBL supports. We highlighted some of the challenges their clients faced, then focused on how SBL helped them overcome those challenges and acheive success.

MARKETING VIDEOS

We created a series of marketing videos that not only highlights SBL's key services, but focuses on the practicality of working with a company like SBL.  We moved away from the extreme technical jargon and used more relatable dialogue, making the video content more palatable to those decision makers relying on a simplistic message.

One of the goals of SBL was to increase engagement across the Twitter and Linked-In platforms. We developed relevant video content that offered useful tips around proper cleaning and sanitizing practices. This video increased engagement by almost 50%!

WHITEBOARD VIDEOS

SBL wanted a creative way to explain how outsourcing with their company saves time and money. We created a custom whiteboard animation that entertains and educates their target audience.

OUTSIDE THE BOX

SBL was looking for a way to engage their audiences on their YouTube channel. Our animation team developed Bea Sure, a creative animated character based on a play of their tag line "Results you can be sure of."  Bea Sure delivers a series of educational and resourceful content around relevant subject matter.

SIMPLE... YET EFFECTIVE

We captured key imagery at SBL's laboratory and created an interesting video loop for their website. The goal was to promote engagement and decrease bounce rates by showing off their team in action.

The video content we created helped to increase overall customer engagement on SBL's website and social media platforms, while also assisting with key conversions.



 

THE RESULTS.

At the end of the day, what matters are the results. What did all of this beautiful imagery and compelling storytelling achieve for SBL? Within 30-45 days of implementing this video strategy, SBL began to reap the rewards of the investment they sowed in their video content. By being open to new ideas and consistent in their execution they saw results. SBL focused on three KPI's to measure and set as benchmarks for their success.

WORKING THROUGH CHALLENGES TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS.

Part of the challenge was being able to capture key footage surrounding SBL'S primary services. In most cases, their work occurs in sterile, restricted environments which limited the access of our camera crew in some areas. Our solution was to capture the imagery we were allowed to capture and integrate that footage with high quality stock footage for a seamless video video experience. Each video has a concise message and a clear call to action which is critical when the goal is to inspire your audience to convert.

We also coached the SBL sales team on using video for personalized sales calls to help them stand out from other competitors.
