As the creative director of Monarch Motion & Media, Damon's job is to guide the company's overall vision and manage each of our client’s projects to ensure that the imagery we provide looks and feels cohesive with their overall brand and aligns with their business goals. While working in the financial industry, Damon spent nearly a decade working with small and large businesses within the corporate banking space, honing his problem-solving skills while cultivating valuable relationships. Damon has successfully translated his ability to provide financial solutions to businesses into providing video solutions to companies and brands looking to achieve their goals. Over the years, Damon has written, directed, and produced several award-winning films and projects. His uncanny vision to see and connect the dots is unparalleled and his approach to video content is unique and refreshing. Lead Cinematographer
Award-winning filmmaker, Anthony Q. Artis has spent more than 25-years in the industry producing, directing, and shooting video for major brands, television, and feature projects.
Projects that Anthony produced have been screened at the Tribeca Film Festival, the IFP Market, Slamdance, and MTV. Beyond those documentary and narrative projects, Anthony has shot a slew of branded video projects for many major companies including Proctor and Gamble, Walmart, Oprah Winfrey, McDonalds, U.S. Navy, Porsche, BrightCove, TV One, and other Fortune 500 companies. We pride ourselves on bringing relentless passion, creativity, and energy to every video project we work on. Most importantly, we strive on every project to only have one type of client - HAPPY CLIENTS.
Eric Van't Zelfden
Cinematographer/ Producer
With over 15 years experience in visual storytelling, Eric Van’t Zelfden has shot, directed, and produced hundreds of videos for digital, broadcast, and film.
His documentary An Invisible Act screened at the National September 11th Memorial & Museum and entered the museum’s permanent collection in 2023. Eric has worked with many wonderful clients from HBO, Colgate, Weight Watchers, CBS News, and Paramount Plus to Rolls Royce, Ford, Bell Helicopters, Sony, Rolling Stone Magazine, and Interscope Records. He has provided production management services to large institutions including New York University’s Tisch Film as Production Center Manager and Investopedia Academy as Director of Video Production.
