Before founding Monarch, Damon spent nearly a decade in corporate banking, partnering with businesses of all sizes to solve complex challenges and build lasting relationships. That experience shaped the way he approaches every creative project today—not simply as a filmmaker, but as a strategic problem solver who understands that every organization has unique objectives, audiences, and opportunities.

Over the years, Damon has led productions ranging from documentaries and broadcast commercials to branded content, educational films, healthcare communications, and mission-driven storytelling. He has written, directed, produced, and edited projects, with work receiving recognition at independent film festivals. Today, his focus is helping organizations use the power of storytelling to communicate with clarity, authenticity, and purpose. Whether leading a project from concept to completion or collaborating with creative partners behind the scenes, his focus remains the same: creating stories that build trust, deepen understanding, and inspire action.
