"Always Working"

Watch what happens when a business needs its videos to work as hard as its people.
We created this office comedy to explore how AI could bring an original story to life—from characters and dialogue to a complete production.
Possiblities are Endless
"Always Working"
One idea. An entire AI-created office.
Brought to life through storytelling, direction, and a whole lot of problem-solving.
Creative Development
Built the concept, script, characters, and comedic story.
AI Visual Production
Created the cast, office environments, and shots with consistent styling.
Voice & Performance
Combined custom voices, dialogue sync, and character animation.
Editing & Finishing
Shaped the pacing, sound, color, and final branded story.
Creating this AI office comedy opened up new possibilities and revealed some practical challenges.
Here’s what worked, what took extra effort, and what we learned along the way.
PROS
An entire cast without a physical shoot.
We created distinct characters, wardrobes, voices, and performances.
Multiple locations from one workspace.
Offices, cubicles, bathrooms, and a break room supported a larger story.
Room to experiment.
We expanded a short ad into a comedy with additional characters and story beats.
Flexible casting and coverage.
We could create close-ups, reverse angles, reactions, and inserts as the edit developed.
Useful beyond the finished video.
The project can also serve as a concept film, production reference, and website case study.
Fewer physical production logistics.
This approach avoided arranging actors, locations, and a crew for this version.
CONS
Character consistency took work.
Faces, clothing, proportions, and skin tones drifted between shots.
Continuity needed constant attention.
Desk placement, doorways, phone positions, and screen direction didn’t always match.
Experimentation consumed credits.
Repeated generations added cost, especially when fixing small details.
Simple actions were sometimes the hardest. Picking up a phone, knocking, shrugging, and walking in one direction required retries.
Post-production remained essential.
Editing, sound, dialogue timing, color matching, and cleanup brought the separate assets together.
Less precise control over performances.
A usable result sometimes meant adapting the shot or cutting around an unexpected movement.
This project began as a simple commercial concept and grew into an office comedy built with AI. Every scene required creative direction, experimentation, and careful editing to bring the characters and story together.

For Monarch, that’s the value of AI: another way to explore ideas, develop concepts, and create purposeful content. The tools expand what’s possible. The vision gives it meaning.
