HOW IT WORKS...
STEP 1: COMPLETE OUR REGISTRATION FORM AND SUBMIT YOUR HEADSHOT USING THE ON-LINE FORM BELOW.
STEP 2: We process your information and upload your headshot to the talent section of our website. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your headshot and registration form has been processed. Talent with submissions will be given a registration number which will be listed under the talent's headshot.
STEP 3: Whenever we are working on a project, our client(s) will be able to browse through the head shots and select the talent that they are interested in working with. They will select the talent using the registration number listed under the headshot. At that point, we will send our client a link to your reel if available.
STEP 4: Once the client has made their final selection, we will notify the talent that they have been selected for a particular project. Project details and compensation will be discussed at that time. Talent has 24 hours to accept the opportunity. If no answer is received within the 24 hour time frame, that talent will be disqualified from the selection process and our client will be asked to make another selection. If the talent agrees to accept the opportunity, we will email the contract which will include all project details and compensation. The talent must sign and email the contract back to us asap.
STEP 5: Once the project is complete, the talent will receive payment immediately upon services rendered, less 3.5% fee that will be returned to Monarch Motion & Media LLC. This fee is collected to cover maintenance and operational expenses. It couldn’t get any easier!
